What the concerts catalogue covers
The concerts catalogue brings together live music held abroad: stops on international headline tours, one-off shows by artists who play a city only once a season, and evening concerts attached to bigger events such as race weekends or festivals. Arena pop, rock, classical crossover and dance acts appear side by side, because the list is built around dates and venues rather than around one genre.
Formats differ, and the catalogue keeps them apart. A tour stop is a single concert in a single venue. A festival night may put several acts on one bill. A concert that belongs to a wider event, such as a sports weekend, can come with its own entry conditions set by the organiser. The selection changes through the year. New concerts are added when organisers announce them and release tickets, so it is worth coming back to the list when your travel dates are fixed.
How a concert listing is put together
Each concert has a page of its own. It carries the artist or the show name, the date and the start time, the venue and the city, and the ticket categories that have been released for that particular night. Prices are shown in US dollars per ticket before you reach the payment step.
Categories are specific to the event. The same building can host an orchestral evening one week and a pop show the next, each with its own set of categories, so a category on one concert says nothing about another one at the same venue. What you see on the page is what is on offer for that date. When no category is on sale for a concert, its page says so and offers a request form instead.
Planning a concert trip abroad
Travelling for a concert means fitting the show into a wider plan: flights, a hotel, local transport and the time difference. Start with the date and the start time on the concert page, then work backwards to the day you need to arrive. Evening shows can finish late, so it is worth checking how late public transport runs or whether a taxi is the realistic way back.
Entry rules are set by each venue. Bag size limits, security screening and the list of items that are not allowed differ between buildings, and they are published by the venue for every event. Checking them before you leave saves time at the gate. Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Keep your phone charged on the day, because the ticket is usually shown from the screen at the entrance.
Why a concierge service for concerts
An independent ticket concierge does the searching and the paperwork that a trip abroad otherwise involves. Instead of following several local box offices, each with its own language, account and sale dates, you choose a concert in one catalogue, pay in US dollars and receive the tickets as mobile tickets via a ticketing app.
Tickets are sourced through a network of partners, which is why prices are set by sellers and may differ from the face value printed on the ticket. The final price per ticket is shown before payment, and the purchase terms published on the site apply to every order. Group bookings work the same way: several tickets in the same category for one concert go into a single order and are delivered to the email address used at checkout. For larger groups, write to worldtickets365inc@gmail.com before booking.
Fight nights, football and motorsport are in the sports catalogue, and the venues page lists the stadiums and arenas where events in the catalogue take place. Answers about delivery, refunds and transfers are collected in the FAQ, and the World Tickets 365 home page shows the events coming up next.
